Returns
If you are unhappy with your online purchase we will be happy to offer you a full refund within 14 days of receiving your item.
There is no need to contact us if you would like to return an unwanted purchase
If an item is faulty please contact us within 7 days with a description and photo of the fault .
Items returned outside the returns window will be emailed a credit voucher.
To be eligible for a return, your items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them.
Please return items as received.
Items must also be in the original packaging with tags still attached .
Items that show signs of being used or do not have their original tags attached will not be accepted.
To complete your return please include your name and order number in with the item.
Due to hygiene reasons we are unable to refund earrings.
Refunds (if applicable)
Our friendly customer service team will do their best to process all refunds swiftly. We will issue a refund for the full amount paid for the products ( excluding return shipping charges) within 3 days of receiving, inspecting and approving the returned products.
Unfortunately we can only offer free postage on orders with a remaining spend value of £45 or more, if items are returned and the remaining spend amount is less then £45 the standard postage costs will be deducted from the refund .
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your unwanted item. We recommend you send your items via a tracked delivery service as we do not accept liability for any goods lost or damaged in the post.
