Poorly wrapped in tissue

I ordered a bag and additional strap with gift wrapping.
The bag came in tissue which was fine (although poorly wrapped and not neat at all) but the strap didn’t come in a box, just really poorly wrapped in tissue with a bit of string, so I had to completely re-gift wrap it. Not worth the additional money. Shame because the products are actually good, I’d just skip the gift wrapping in future.
